Local salad

After a busy morning sorting out things in the little house for friends who will be staying there next week and then taking down my exhibition, it was nice to come home to make a salad for lunch using fresh ingredients from the garden. The haricot beans, sweet onion, green pepper and tomato came from the garden, the olive oil was made by friends in the village and the rosé wine came from the caveau where my photos were on show - only the olives were from further away, Morocco probably. This is definitely one for LocalFoodLover.
