Madame Secretary

There are things you say off the top of your head without thinking. 

Like, when I agreed to take on the secretary's role, at the Belair NP, I reckoned it would take about 3 hours a week - max.  Then I wondered why everyone cracked up laughing.  So far this month I dread to think how many hours I've done, but it included all day today for starters. 

There were minutes to type up, a newsletter to prepare, and display boards to be designed.

But, do you know what - I'm enjoying every minute of it!  I'm a bossy boots at the best of times, so I'm in my element here.

Anyway this is me, taken by the Rower inside the Volunteer Centre, looking at the display boards.  Which is all I have done.  I'll have to think about the actual design of the posters tomorrow.
