Poffertjes!

Crazy day full of meetings - I had seven different events scheduled today! But, all went well, from a successful WISER breakfast (my first as host - see extra), to a fun exercise class dinner to which everybody brought a taste form their home country (see extra 2). I was blessed with Marten jumping in and making poffertjes to bring even before I got home from work. They were delicious! Fun to put this super-Dutch item to use so far away from its origin!
