Socks

Sebastien was looking through the latest Ranger Rick Jr. magazine with his dad, when they came across a section on animal feet. He thought his should be part of the discussion, so he planted them on top of the magazine.

He chooses his own socks every morning and his taste leans toward stripes... He's very firm about which ones he wants to wear, too.

This afternoon, when he woke up from his nap, his first move was to ask for his alphabet puzzle. Then he spent the next hour repeatedly going through the letters and the pictures under each letter until he knew all of them. Now I can ask him where the "M" or the "S" are, for instance, and he points them out and tells you "M, moon" or "S, socks." It's like he was on his own mission to learn. What intriguing little things, toddler's brains...
