500 blips, 500 calories
Warm brioche scrolls with custard and rum soaked sultanas, glazed with freshly made apricot jam... I have been feeling poorly all day and these are just what the doctor ordered! They were inspired by the first brioche I ever ate, which came from a little French bakery on Victoria St in Auckland (southern cross bakery?) which has been gone for probably 30 years.
