Gingermisu
I tried the gingernuts soaked in tea and booze (earl grey liqueur) and covered in cream dessert... It's ok, amusing enough but possibly not quite worth the calories. Maybe different soakings needed? I've seen sherry plus orange juice but I thought that would be icky... Thoughts?
