First of the day...

...or at least as close to sunrise as I'll ever be!
Lovely silvery light on the beach as we cycled along for Nordic Walking this morning. Quite chilly but we soon warmed up - I had to shed a layer but add a hat... At low tide the beach is about three quarters of a mile long, apparently - lovely walking on the hard sand, and four trips back and forth made a good yomp of about three miles ( not to mention a good long chat! ). Extra is the boulders uncovered at low tide.
Coffee at Gareth's afterwards - there has to be a reward!
