Steaming

The food stalls in Kingston market were doing a pretty brisk trade at lunchtime - a lot of hot noodles, amongst other things, were being hoovered up in the cold weather.

I don't normally do "street" photography partly because I'm a little reticent about snapping strangers but mostly because I don't really have much idea how to do it. I've included two extra versions of the same shot and would be really grateful for any feedback as to which treatment, if any, works best.
