CHIP papers

For some time I've been looking for an opportunity to blip about CHIP papers (I know this is just one sheet but there were many others!).

The phrase always makes me smile but the content is much more serious: how do we work together to improve the way Scotland's children's hearings system which takes decisions about the most troubled and vulnerable children.

Today was a seminar about the relationship between the assessment and planning framework that is Getting it Right for Every Child, legal provisions for which come into effect later this year, and the hearings system.

Lots of discussion and ideas and some suggestions to help promote awareness.
