Magical morning swim

I know Madeira is friendly, stunningly beautiful, famed for walks and excellent food, but one of the most special aspects for me is the magic of sunrise.

At home I have to defrost the car and drive five miles for a swim. Here I can just take the lift down three floors and step out into a dream world.

The forecast for tomorrow is rain so I decided to take my camera down with me, trying to capture the magic. I haven't even come close!

Another lovely day in prospect with a violin and piano recital in the theatre this evening. Picture Poems and her husband also have tickets. We're spoiled aren't we.
