A bit of a milestone

Well how did that happen?  1000 Blips!  And the last 802 of them without missing a day.  The lads from the farm clearly decided it was worthy of celebration but I don't think they did a very good job.  I mean, they lit the bonfire far too early, there were no fireworks, not much evidence of sausages, baked potatoes or marshmallows on sticks and worst of all, they didn't seem to have invited anyone to the party; not even me!  Never mind, I'm sure their hearts were in the right place.  I celebrated the day with a pork pie for breakfast, a bit of supermarket shopping and a nice cup of tea and a sit down.  Well coffee, actually; can't stand that other stuff.

So in the spirit of the Oscars which are tomorrow night, I'd just like to say a big thank you to everyone; W for not walking on too far ahead when I keep stopping to take pictures, my Blipfriends for all their comments, stars and hearts, and for organising some thoroughly enjoyable Blipmeets, and for keeping the inspiration going on those days when it was severely lacking.  And I have to give a special mention to the Fab Four for making sure that Blipfoto has survived for us all by organising the buyout.  A lifetime achievement award, perhaps?
