Mono Monday: Something beginning with 'F'

KangaZu's final Mono Monday challenge for February is "Something beginning with 'F'". Now, I don't often do Food Fotos but as I couldn't think of anything else I Finally went for a Frittata. In a Frying Pan. And Fabulous it was too.

Actually, it was almost a shame to do it in Mono as it was a rather nice shade of gold with green coriander sprinkled on top. Indian spiced vegetable, and there's a portion left for my lunch tomorrow.
