Stoke Mandeville  Young Persons Sports Camp ..... really hit the target for our girls today.  Wheelchair Basketball, Table Tennis, Golf (OK - not really an indoor sport!) Archery and Rifle Shooting were all on offer.   Both showed greatest aptitude for the solo, target sports with the coaches for shooting encouraging both girls to come back each month and train with 'the team'.  Much fun and very positive all round :-)  Above is Amy taking aim.

A couple of extras:  Ruth hitting a different target and Amy's first shot at the smaller, competition target .... showing why they rate her talent.

I seem to have survived and am feeling a little better.  Some powerful menthol lozenges helped defuse my sore face, disgusting taste but sooo worth it!
