Progress.....

At long last we can see the new Farmer's building taking shape, it is the 'talk of the town'. A new large department store coming back to our small town after being severely damaged from the earthquakes, opening due round August this year.

Today mum and I and R's sister-in-law visited R. He seemed bright and not as stooped as our previous visit but took a long time to get his words out. I enjoyed seeing the return of bright smiles and a twinkle in his eyes. It was lovely to have lunch with H before returning home.
