.......that's my girls.........

Went to the tackle shop this morning to see the boys........the conversation turned to what I would do when the Daughter moved out later in the year............down sizing?......stay in the big house by myself?..........leave the memories behind?.......I  had to leave and get back home.

The Daughter and I bumbled through the rest of the morning........and then the tribe descended on us........Charlie had a star of the week certificate..........Hannah, who has moved to a new nursery, had a certificate for football!

One proud Grandad!

These are the moments that help me to realise that life goes on............and there WILL be good times in the years ahead.

The Daughter made a wonderful Steak and Mushroom pie....we all ate together..........we watched England beat Ireland...........and tomorrow morning I'm taking them all out for breakfast!

A tough week is ending on a high note.
