Bee Orchid

As I was cycling up to my building this morning, I saw one of the botanist academics with his head in the verge outside one of the office buildings. I stopped to find out what he was looking at and he pointed out some beautiful bee orchids. I'd not seen one before. There's a patch of them on campus that are looked after by the grounds staff and the grass is not mown to help them grow.
