PENSTEMON:

This is P. 'Grape Taffey', I'm very fond of Penstemons & especially this one which is growing in the garden, directly opposite my kitchen window, which means I look at it every day; I find they're very amendable to dry conditions, which is an added bonus & there are dozens of different varieties - all beautiful.

I didn't see the Space Station last night, there were too many clouds & a jolly cold breeze which made hanging around very unpleasant. It is going over again tonight at 9.03 so I'll step outside & try my luck.
