Geographical oddity

Shetland day 4
A bright morning with the mist rising (and I managed to delete a photo) so we went for walk on the beach before visiting Dunrossness Baptist Church who gave us some support for our church extension.
Then we headed north for the ferries to Yell and then Unst and stopped on the way to admire the view across to the east. This is Fora Ness and it is joined to the mainland by a double tombolo (for example of a single one see here) and a third one is forming to the north.
Once on Unst we set up the tent, I went for a run - probably the furthest north I'm likely to run - and went for a walk around the bay. There were 3 sailing boats out struggling in the strong wind, with 3 capsizes, and later a succession of rainbows as showers came in. By then I was in the tent getting tea and the camera was in the car!
