Canadian Geese

A quiet day after yesterday’s mammoth walk, but I did go for a bike ride.  Nothing too strenuous, I just did a few intervals with a few climbs thrown in.  It felt good, and that’s where I saw these Canadian Geese on the canal.

My mate wasn’t so lucky, he rang me this morning to say he was walking like Uncle Albert.  Lol!

Sadly no marriage proposals today.  Lol!
