Hiraeth

Hiraeth it’s in every Welsh person.  A longing, a calling to our homeland.  Today was Saint David’s Day, and it was great to see on Twitter today so many messages, pictures and tales of our glorious country.

It was funny as only on Sunday when we were out on our walk, we talked about how lucky we were to be born Welsh and to live in such a glorious country.  I really am proud to be Welsh!

In other news it was a difficult day, hopefully the start of my journey to recovery.  But just talking about things today opened up old wounds and I blubbed.  I’m surprised how raw things still are, I thought I’d got over the crying bit.
