Seals

Off to Baddeck this morning to have coffee with Jane and then a Dr's appointment.  On my way along the shore road there they were....all lollygaggin about on the ice!   Such an awesome sight!  This ia bit blurry, but i couldn't get any closer!!!

After a short appointment with dr......i'm having knee issues....she sent me for an x-ray!  Well 2 hours later.....i just got there as the chap doing the x rays left....i was told he'd be back in 1/2 hour....well that crept up to 2 hours later!   Will have to wait for results...she thinks it's the meniscus - off to google that one!!!

The extra is of Evy, who hosted the wonderful gathering of women last night...it was awesome.   She is an amazing spirit...dealing with her 3rd round of cancer and nothing more can be done!   But she has that astonishing ability to be present with the moments of joy that are still strong and plentiful in her life!   She is a wonder as far as i'm concerned.  She's the one in the fur coat!!!!
