A dinner plate to forget the rain with

I love lime juice; not so puckering as lemon, yet full of zest and liveliness. I used lots in this salad bowl.

This is basically a salsa, with the addtion of sweetcorn, yellow pepper, and macademia nuts. Everything was perfectly ripe, making it taste sweet and summery.
