Yesterday's sweetcorn mix with spinach
I like a well-tempered salad that keeps well for a couple of days so all you need to do is add fresh greens. I got through a pile of spinach tonight (half eaten by the time I remebered to take this blip). Must have been that afternoon dip in the reservoir that made me so hungry.
