Had a morning catching up with emails as the little one had a very short nap, spent some time with the inlaws in the early evening / afternoon and I decided to head out for a difficult and challenging cycle ride before dinner.

Around the end of he ride after climbing well over 800ft I managed to pick up a puncture on my back wheel, not impressed, I changed the tubing and made my way to the nearest petrol garage to fill the tyre with air - because my pump is rubbish.

Now, for wine, some pukka pies and TV.
