Heading to Barra

We got up and got out today to head over to Oban to catch the 3pm ferry to the Isle of Barra. Leaving our car in Oban, we decided to travel by bicycle around the island, and camp. Amélie was on Joni's bike and I had all the gear in panniers and a rucksack. It was a nice crossing and we had a few beers as we sailed outwards through the sound of Mull and into the Hebridean Sea and over to dock in Castlebay. A 5 hour trip and now we were on our own, with a tent, a sleeping bag (between three of us) and a hip flask. I'm sure we'll manage.
