Tinkle the Ivories

Mum and I had a shuffle round The Grand Arcade. It was nice to be out in civilization again. I bought a new pair of shoes to celebrate.
There is a piano upstairs in the arcade which people are allowed to play so mum had a little go on it. She's one of those annoyingly talented people who can sit down without a note of music in front of them and play anything perfectly. Bloomin' smartypants.
We had a coffee and shared a scone in John Lewis then took quite a long time to not do very much.
My convalescence has to come to an end tomorrow as I'm back at work. Good job it's roast dinner day on a Wednesday. I need to keep my strength up!
