Lichen

It has been a very wet and quite windy day and I would most likely not have gone outside if I hadn't had an appointment at the bank this morning. Afterwards, I spent a bit of time visiting some shops at the town centre, which is usually too crowded for my liking but today it was rather quiet, probably because of the weather.

I was nearly home again when the rain stopped briefly and I could finally get the camera out of my bag. The only interesting thing I could spot at that moment was this round patch of lichen, so that has to be my entry for today.
