Or Brazilian giant-rhubarb.........Gunnera.
Growing at Trebah gardens.

We woke up to rain and mist.
However it soon started to clear, and in the afternoon the sun came out.

First stop Porthleven for fresh pollock from the Quayside Fish, and a coffee at Naughty but Nice cafe. Sat by the window watching the waves crashing up the harbour wall.
Then to the Malcolm Sutcliffe glass gallery, where I bought a beautiful blue and pink glass bauble.
What a beautiful display of hand blown glass.
Next stop Trebah Gardens for lunch. ( see map)
Delicious sea food fish pie.
Followed by a walk round the gardens, and down to the beach.
Back home for a rest before I prepared fish curry for our evening meal.
So glad K enjoyed the day as much as we did, and the weather was kind to us.
Now off to bed, feeling very tired!
