Thai Chicken Laksa

Tonight's delight. A minor issue in that Mr O doesn't put any cooking times in the recipes (I suppose because it should take 15 minutes) was that we undercooked the noodles. We also quartered the amount of asparagus and even then it was overpowering the pot (maybe need to use a bigger pot next time!). The chicken was amazing and they both tasted delicious.

I should also have wiped the mess at the side of the plate. My serving skills leave little to be desired
