Friday night curry

This one's for St Corner Society:

We'd been discussing Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall's amazing vegetarian cookbook. In the end we made vegetable biryani rather than chickpea and cauliflower curry. It was amazing. No take out curries in this house on a Friday night!
