Life with Alice

Waiting For My Classmates

After my uneventful morning walkie, mum left to pick up the new microwave. It is supposed to replace the old microwave that said Poof! and died the other day. It is built-in (?) which adds installation challenges, apparently. With it, mum brought - a semla! Even if it is not Tuesday, which is semla day. Yay! By now, we have decided which of the bakeries in town that makes the nicest semla this year (no, mum wants to point out, we haven't tried ALL of them).

Thursday evening means Alice class. It is still pitch black when we get there and it was also rather chilly. Waiting for everyone to arrive, I kept a very close eye on the Golden. He needs watching out for, that one! He was on his very worst behaviour, and for some reason I am always told to work next to or behind him. A challenge! Anyway, it was a good lesson with lots of different exercises doing things like heel and slalom in a "course" with disturbances like toys and cones, keeping super contact and walking with hanging leads.

I couldn't believe my luck when mum said Let's share a Happy Meal! for no particular reason other than her being cold and hungry and tired!
