Singiing away

Off to the Puffin Pool first thing , exercising while the sun shone brightly. Then a pop across the carpark to the Rheumatology Unit for an appointment. No problems so I can carry on with the injections  thank goodness as they do work :)
By the time I was out and Mike picked me up the sun had completely disappeared and the rain stayed for the remainder f most of the day. A quick glimpse of the sun just before it set so grabbed a photo of the robin that always seems to be singing from the roof tops.
