" WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?"

On our way to the CBay Café yesterday along the coastal path as the tide was in too far, we came across this unusual vision.  They looked like clay pots drying in the sun but after closer inspection we decided they were probably sugar beet.

Lunch wasn't quite as planned as their gas hadn't been delivered so we were reduced to the choice of sandwiches, soup or salad.  Fortunately they had an electric chipper so those who must have chips were quite happy.

In the evening we went to the St Carantock Church to celebrate St. Pirans Day and the roof which has now been replaced.  We were entertained by "Shiver me Timbers" , a local group who specialise in old traditional sea shanties, followed by a glass of wine and a pasty in the pub next door.  We all enjoyed it.

And now it's Mothering Sunday and I loved the two cards my special boys sent me.  And the other two, who are they?

I hope all you Mums enjoy your day and you men treat your women folk with love and tenderness.  You have been told!!! xxxx
