tulip detail

This morning Grandbaby came over to give me a card and some biscuits she had made with mum. Also a beautiful bunch of tulips.  Unfortunately the cats took an interest in one of the tulips and this is it! Having lost a petal you can see the inside so well.  The colours are amazing! 

I also had a phone call from my son and his three down south to wish me a happy mothers day.  My daughter in America don't phone as it isn't mothers day over there!  We slept in and the alarm didn't go off so we missed mass this morning but will go later!

I'm feeling very lucky!!
