Back to Hanoi

We had an early start this morning as our night train arrived in Hanoi at 4.30 am. Luckily we shared our cabin with some lovely Australians. Exhausted, we made our way to the lake to watch the sun rise- It was amazing to see how many locals were there exercising and practising Tai Chi. We had a lovely meal this evening of pan fried pork with rice noodles, herbs and veg. The staff showed us the correct way to mix the food together and it was delicious!
