Mud and Medals

Today Rob's football team have played in a tournament. They played 5 games, did not concede a goal and were outright winners. We were very lucky with the weather, avoiding any rain completely and I have even got a little bit sunburnt!! But, oh my, were the pitches muddy!!

It's 6pm now and we've just walked in the door, it was a really long day as we were there at 9.15am this morning. I'm shattered. Going to pour myself a glass of wine and then sort out dinner and then I'll be back to catch up with you all.

A brief phone call from Lucy this morning confirmed she is ok but got very, very wet yesterday.....hope today has been better for her!
