A toast...

To our mums!

It is Mothering Sunday after all! So... a picture of me and my mum from 1986! Actually, it was on the 29th of March 1986 (Easter Saturday). My second nephew had been born and the picture is taken just outside the hospital.

And the picture on the right - taken this evening... mainly to remember Gs mum who loved a glass of sherry in the evening... :D  A bottle with MY name on it! A gift given to me a few years ago [thank you rachelwhynot], and today it finally got drunk!

Nice to see some Mum's on blip today. :D
