Down by the river

By the time 1pm came today I had been for a 10k run, baked some scones, prepped dinner and had coffee with two different sets of friends. But a lazy afternoon was had as some friends took Cameron and Rory swimming, so Andy and I went out for a slow lunch and wine. I stopped off by the river on the way home and loved the colour of these thistles dotted about amongst the overgrown grasses.
