Don't know what this is or any details, but this rather colourful and childish sculpure is outside of the Hiscox Building in London.

Bad trains again on South Eastern arrived 20 mins late not bad when the journey should take around 17 mins!!

Now for another marathon catch up which really isn'tthe spirit of Blip is it?? - must try harder!!
