After the ordeal

Louie's ear has been troubling him recently so, this afternoon, MrM and I took him to see the vet. Despite the fact that he'd never been to this veterinary surgery before, he knows all about vets, and was extremely reluctant to go in through the door!

After the indignity of being weighed, and having his microchip checked, poor Louie shook like a leaf while the vet tortured  gently examined him! She cleaned his ears and we left with some antibiotic lotion to put into his infected ear twice a day, and a much lighter purse!

Then off to the Common for his late afternoon walk.
