Sleeping woof woof

I've had to double take a couple of times with this photo. This dog was away with the fairies in the vet this evening but because of his chosen colour of bed linen he merged into it somewhat. Plus what kind of sleeping position is that?

I dislike the vet more so than the cats as it's very painful on the old wallet...
