Time check

This is the new fashion. All the Kidz on the street are wearing twin watches....

After a dawn 9 miler in torrential freezing rain it was off to work to do some um work. First up was to load the mornings running stats so without wearing the GPS watch I'd never have remembered

Same again tomorrow at 07.00 but this time 12 miles. Can't wait for this marathon to be over and for it to be Spring.

Lastly - bravo Elbows bravo. Good work old boy
