TRIO AT SIELEN

A really splendid day. Sun, wind, and coldness.
Sheltered on the balcony sitting there was delightful.
After lunch we drove to Sielen. Let's see if the storks have arrived there, was my suggestion. And they have camels too, I added silently.
Sielen is situated not far from Trendelburg. We have been there only once.
Now we parked our car before the church, an amazing building, with a tower of 25 meters high.
First we walked along a brook called the Hungerbach, and where this ended there was a well.
Our path climbed and climbed, happily there were benches to rest upon, and to look in the far distance, where the Reinhardswald is.
At some point we had overseen where our chosen path went, but in the end we were glad, because that would have made our walk too long.
Now we had to climb down a bit, cross a dry brook, and climb again.
We had seen a large field full of sheep and lambs, not only had we seen
the animals, but had heard the loud noises they made all the time.
An extra shows mother and child-lamb.
We could climb towards them and take some pictures. The sun was shining brightly and the sheep moved all the time.
We followed our path back to Sielen and near the river Diemel, where the nests on poles are, we discovered that these were still empty, and the camels did not show themselves. But I loved the two black chickens, stunningly staying in the same position.

My haiku:

I and you, you and
I, we could be twins and friends
Staying as close we can

And the proverb:

The company makes the feast.
