Guggenheim

A ship of ideas,
Made of many gleaming parts,
Sinuous and sharp.

Day 2 of Bilbao trip and still it rained!  Took a zillion photographs of this magnificent building in the "daylight", but really wanted to get a night shot.

After our adventures in the old town it miraculously stopped raining, so we ventured off along the riverbank to try and capture the museum.  Sadly by the time we got there it had started raining again... but I was determined so I set up the tripod, put my woolly hat over the top of the camera and took a few shots - this is one of them. I will put one of the others in extras.
Mission accomplished we trudged back to hotel (only getting a bit lost on the way), peeled off wet clothes and draped around the room to dry, then delicious sleep.
