Spring!

What a lovely day it has been!

The temperature reached 13C - positively balmy! I spent a morning in Belfast, strolling around the shops, buying gorgeous things.

Even better, we had really good news about a friend, S, who was rushed to hospital in the wee small hours of Friday morning. She was barely conscious all day and was diagnosed with meningitis. Today we heard the antibiotics are working, she is conscious once more and even having soup for lunch!

A day to be thankful.
