Sun's out!

We're off!

The first cooperative weather system this year! There was quite a big swell when we headed out from the marina and the mast was swinging about like a mad pendulum, but as we travelled further up the lough it became calmer.

We sailed for a few miles, but the wind fell off again so we just motored the final hour or so.

Retirement is so fun! Can't believe I'm off gallivanting on a Tuesday!!
