Banoffi Pie.

Today I drove the minibus for the school DofE pupils to Jevington, nestling in the heart of the South Downs. This building was formerly The Hungry Monk restaurant. Its claim to fame is, it's where the Banoffi pie was invented. Fame or notoriety? It's all a question of taste. I didn't know that puddings were awarded blue plaques!
