Silverstone speeders

With 6 weeks to go until the London Marathon today's 13.1 mile race at Silverstone was an important milestone. Three of us out of the twelve clubs runners tackling the marathon in April we pretty much destroyed the course, all along the F1 track with big PB's. A funny place Silverstone and a pig to get too. Never been a fan of motor racing so it had little effect on me. Nice wide tarmac tracks were lovely though.

Happy with 1hr 22 coming 48th out of 7,000.

Feet up then training continues tomorrow.
