Purple and pink

Mr Sun put in a brief appearance this luncthime and managed to nip out to the back garden to blip some of the plants in the borders - no idea what they are called but they are puting on a good show despite the rain and cold.
Lured into a walk this afternoon followed by a swim at RGU only to find that normal weather service has resumed with an amazing thunder and lightning shower as I type. More than a wee bit sorry for all the parents who are having to amuse their kids during the summer holidays.
