Firefly.

I can hardly believe it, but I've been a proper ride on a bike today and to think I nearly pegged it a few months ago and I've got a really significant birthday approaching in a couple of weeks.

Admittedly I only rode 6.75 miles which is just over 10k in foreign money but I felt I could have ridden a lot farther. It just shows that Action Heart is working for me. If only we'd had a decent summer, who knows where I might have ended up today. The only downside was that the bike got filthy with all the mud that's about so I had to clean it, which isn't my favourite chore.
